Our New Project Started: Mavi E-Com Nilüfer

As PMO, in order to respond to the increasing volume of Mavi E-Com operations, we started the project with a kick-off meeting for implement the new design specially made for Mavi E-Com in our Nilüfer Facility.

Project Scope: 

• Revisions of ramp, office and operation areas
• Sprinkler system installation 
• Rack and automation system installations
