Within the scope of Ekol Logistics Supply Chain Operations, web-based "BeeSolve" solution developed for more effective management and monitoring of customer complaints has been completed.
With this new structure, it is aimed both to solve the complaints faster and more effectively and to prevent the recurrence of similar complaints.
Complainants will be able to submit their complaints via BeeSolve. Thanks to user-friendly screens and process flow both the complaint entry can be made easily and any progress regarding the related complaint record can be followed up.
